(“Respondent”) and the California Civil Rights Department (“CRD”), settling CRD’s investigation, Case No.: 201810-03734601 ( “CRD Matter”). CRD alleged that Respondent engaged in discrimination on the basis of disability, retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, and failure to engage in a good faith interactive in violation of Government Code § 12940.
Respondent denies all claims and allegations in the CRD Matter, denies liability and asserts that it has fully complied with all applicable provisions of Government Code § 12940. To avoid further costs and time in defending the CRD Matter, Respondent has settled the CRD matter.
